An investment in you.

“You don’t have to fix everything at once. Let’s start by making the next moment just a little easier.”

- Bevin DeMuth, LCSW

You’re not alone in this.

We all have hard seasons—when life feels like too much, and even your favorite coffee and a good book can’t cut through the overwhelm.

Big transitions, stress, and old coping habits can sneak in and leave you feeling anxious, guilty, and stretched too thin.

When you’re juggling motherhood, a demanding career, or both, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.

Slowing down feels impossible—but something’s gotta give.

Your peace starts with taking time for you.

You’re craving space to reflect, reset, and feel more in control. But making time for you feels nearly impossible.

What if that time was exactly what helped you clear the mental clutter, quiet the anxiety, and finally stop carrying more than you need to?

This is about learning to navigate stress with confidence, protect your time without guilt, and find healthy ways to care for yourself—body and mind. Not just surviving your days, but actually feeling good in them.

You’re finally finding your rhythm.

Why Ever MindFULL?

I specialize in supporting women and mothers because I live this life too. That’s why I offer virtual therapy that fits into your full schedule—so you can finally take time for you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I use a personalized blend of therapies—like CBT, ACT, specialized and binge eating CBT—paired with practical lifestyle shifts and genuine care.

We can start with one session. That's fine to start slow and feel it out.

Life is too busy to have therapy weekly? No problem, bi-weekly is a great option.

Feeling like all you need is a 25-minute touch-up session? I love it. That means you are making progress.

I offer cash pay services. I do not accept insurance, however, I am happy to provide you with a Super Bill (invoice) to provide your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It's easy and common in this line of business, giving you the freedom to choose your therapist rather than scrolling through a list of in-network providers. (which is completely mind-numbing!)

I always suggest giving your insurance company a call and inquiring about your mental health coverage prior to scheduling, so there are no surprises.

As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Use this tool to see if you qualify for out-of-network reimbursement for our services.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that outlines how much your medical and mental health care will cost if you’re uninsured or not using insurance. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
